The goalkeeper agility and balance ladder is specially designed for goalkeeper training (it helps to focus on exercises associated with explosive first steps, as well as enhancing agility and balance). It consists of three different colored ladders, each of which is 2.4 m long and has 4 fixed flat rungs (length is 41 cm). It comes with a bag for transport and storage.
