This product is a kit for improving coordination, passing, receiving and feeding the ball. The equipment includes a belt to hold the ball, an adaptable belt around the user's waist and a 1.5 m latex tube cable. The cable can be stretched up to 6 m. The product comes in a branded bag. The ball dam belt is suitable for training with footballs of 3, 4 and 5 sizes. Balls are not included.
