Plyometric Trainning Hurdles

These hurdles are used to do muscular exercises (with it, the muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time), with the aim of increasing both power and speed-force. This exercise is used to go from a muscle extension to a contraction in a quick or -explosive- way. The fence is made of sturdy fabric and wood and is available in different heights (from 15 to 38 cm). The width of the fence is 45 cm. It is foldable, which facilitates its storage.
