This set of plyometric platforms is ideal for improving speed, explosive muscle power and increasing vertical jumps. This exercise is used to move from muscle extension to contraction in a rapid or explosive manner in repeated and specialized jumps. The plyometric platform set is made of square steel tubing and the design is very stable, easy to stack and suitable for use indoors and outdoors (as the surface of each plyometric platform is provided with a 10 mm non-slip rubber layer). The lower part of the frame has rubber plates to provide additional stability so that it cannot move thanks to them the plyometric platforms have maximum grip. The set includes 5 plyometric platforms, each of which has different sizes and heights (15 cm, 30 cm, 45 cm, 60 cm and 75 cm). They can all be stacked together for easy storage and transport.
