The goalie harness serves to improve agility, speed, reaction, balance, lifting and stopping. The unique design helps athletes of different bodies and heights to perform a variety of exercises. It is used for the goalkeeper to learn to focus on defending the goalposts (the latex has to be attached to both goalposts in order to maintain position). This kit includes a strong 10 cm wide padded harness and 2 strong latex bungees covered with sleeves, each 2 m long, to be attached to the goal. It comes with a bag for easy transport.
