This lateral resistance set is specifically designed for training many leg muscle groups. The set includes 3 latex tubes of different resistance levels (light/light, medium/medium and heavy/heavy). These three latex tubes help make the set diverse for working on leg speed, lateral speed, balance and first step quickness. Each tube is 30 cm long and the ankle braces have universal sizes for use on the ankle, knee and thigh muscle groups. In addition, they feature foam padding with Velcro that makes them more comfortable when training. The set comes with a bag for convenient storage and transport.
